Two norwegian elkhounds, Quinn & Toby horsing around in the yard after a bath. Things get a little rough, but after a quick once over to ensure no damage done, they're right back at it! Usually all three get involved, but only two were in the back yard at the time.
Went up to Tahoe and my dog Odin decides he needs to act like a puppy again when he gets near the snow ;-)

This video was taken weeks after adopting Petra, a 1-year-old Norwegian Elkhound. She became an instant part of the family and is the finest dog I've ever owned. My sister, dad and I take turns in playing tug-of-war. Elkhounds aren't actually hounds, they are a spitz. This is the national dog of Norway and was bred over 2 thousand years ago by the vikings. These small, powerful dogs accompanied their masters on raids throughout northern Europe. They are my favorite breed.
